Laurence Donnelly
CEO
Mr. Donnelly is
the founder of HCCIG and has been underwriting
financial products for over twenty-five years. Earlier in
his career he was a founder of a AAA rated financial
guaranty reinsurer. He also started and was CEO of a
AA rated mortgage guaranty, residual value and
structured products company. Mr. Donnelly holds CFA,
CMA, CPCU credentials and a B.S. degree from Georgia
Tech. He is a licensed property/casualty and life
insurance broker in NYS.

Joseph Mastromarino
Senior Vice PresidentMr.
Mastromarino is the CFO of HCCIG and an underwriter.
He has been in financial products (re)insurance for over
twelve years working both as an underwriter and controller.
Mr. Mastromarino is a qualified accountant and holds a CFA
designation and a B.B.A. degree from Baruch College.

Carmel Ann Caramagna
Senior Vice President
Ms. Caramagna is the lead underwriter for title, legal
indemnities and eminent domain. She has been underwriting
title products for over thirteen years. Previously she was a
practicing attorney specializing in real estate. Ms. Caramagna holds a J.D. from Western New England College and
a B.A. from Rutgers University. She is a licensed attorney
in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts.

DeLamielleure
Senior Vice
PresidentMr.
DeLamielleure is the lead underwriter for both the
real estate residual value and guaranty
business. He has underwritten these products
for over fifteen years for AAA and AA rated insurers.

from Michigan State.

Errol Frankel

Mr. Frankel
is lead underwriter for Aircraft, Railcar and other residual
value assets. He has been an investment banker
specializing in structured finance for over twenty years.
